There is really nothing better than high intensity internal training (HIIT) when it comes to sculpt your body, burning massive amounts of calories all day and building muscle. We are talking about 5x the calorie burn compared to a normal walk or jog In the same time span. and In my opinion I have found truely nothing better for high intensity training than a sled workout. Really the optimal weight is between 20-40 lbs. drag it, throw it, pull it, push it, lift it, it all works, quickly! With massive results!
