Power of the “List”

I would say the most powerful tool for anyone, with ADHD or without, is the “list”

This is the single greatest, simplest, thing we can do that keeps us organized, grounded, inspired, focused and sane.

I live by my lists, but they don’t own me, I own them. I dominate my lists, i create them, I imagine them, i power through them with inspired action!
